Support Triage is a support ticketing app built around an AI triage agent. Every new ticket is analysed in seconds: category, priority (with a stated reason), the team that should own it, likely duplicate or related tickets, an escalation-risk flag, a draft first reply, and follow-up questions when the customer left out information.
The AI is strictly advisory. It never changes a ticket's status and never replies to a customer on its own: a person always decides. Ticket text is treated as untrusted input, so the model gets clearly fenced content, must answer in a strict JSON schema, and can only point to duplicate tickets from a list the server picked.
It also groups related tickets into incidents, learns from staff corrections, and gives staff Sage, a private assistant that searches their own notes (RAG). An MCP endpoint lets AI assistants like Claude work the queue with the user's own permissions.
There are three roles (customer, agent, admin), row-level security on every table, and rate limiting.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres + pgvector), OpenRouter (Claude Haiku 4.5, OpenAI embeddings) and Vercel.
